Managed the Home Lending designers and writers for the internal brand team. Was responsible for ensuring on-brand executions across different touchpoints. Collaborated with the creative team, clients and partners to provide best-in-class results. Identified opportunities to extend marketing efforts. Established and implemented processes to streamline workflow. A proactive leader that adapted to changing needs quickly.
Upper-funnel email campaign resulted in:
• 92% lift in first time visits to site (vs. LY YTD) and a 130% lift (vs. LY YTD) in generated leads
• 17% lift in open rates and a click increase of 18% for emails
Existing Chase customers save message campaign resulted in:
• 77% lift in open rates for emails
• 67% lift in response rates for digital ads

New software testing: Beta-tested new software, Stensul, providing real-time feedback to developers.
